Avoiding language barriers during travel

I travel to the former Soviet Union on a regular basis. Very few people there speak English, and I have no way of knowing whether I can trust the medical facilities over there.

You can call the MedClick team at any time and speak to a nurse 24/7. The MedClick team will arrange, if necessary, for you to have a video conference with an English speaking GP, (just as if you were in their consulting room), who will talk through your symptoms and advise you on the best course of action. If you require medication the generic name of the medication can be sent as a text message to your mobile.

Usually, the MedClick team can recommend an English speaking clinic or medical facility in the area in which you are staying, if a local medical opinion is required.

Remember, wherever you are in the world, no matter how remote, our staff is always available to speak to you.
