Site Tutorial - How to use MedClick's services
MedClick's services are only available to employees of a company or organisation whose employee benefits cover is provided by Alico, which trades as MetLife, Employee Benefits.
MedClick is provided by Second Opinion as an additional stand-alone service.
Terminology
- Sign up - is the first time you use the MedClick service
- Sign In - once you are already registered. Whenever you would like to use one of MedClick's services, you will be asked to log in using your Email address and password.
The registration process is easy and friendly - please follow these steps:
Sign Up:
- Click "Sign Up now" to go to the registration form

- Fill in the form, including all required details

- The name of your employer is essential.
- Once you insert the employer name, our system automatically checks to verify you are entitled to MedClick's service.
- You then need to insert additional personal information.
- Your Email address is important in order for us to recognise you and to keep you informed with the MedClick Newsletter.
- Your mobile number is essential to help us provide you with the MedClick services.
- Password should be chosen by you.
- Once verified, an Email will be sent to your Email address and a text message to your mobile.
- Click the link in the Email to complete your registration process.
- Congratulations! You are now a member of MedClick.
Sign In
Any time you return to the MedClick site, ensure you sign in by using your Email address and your chosen password. This will allow you to use any of the ever-evolving variety of MedClick services.
Apply for a service
After you have signed in, you may apply to any of the MedClick services by filling out the appropriate application form.
- Choose the desired service from the service menu.
- Click on "apply for the service".

- Complete the form. Fill in as much information as you can in order to assist the process.
- Click "submit".
- Your application form will be securely submitted to the MedClick medical team.
- Remember, your information is safeguarded and confidential.

- Once the forms are completed, they are immediately visible to MedClick's medical team through our secure system. Our team will contact you shortly thereafter and assist with your medical queries.
- In the case you have a short, straightforward, health-related question; you can use the MedQuest service. This allows you to send your question directly to our medical professionals and they will provide you with the necessary information.

- If you are on the road, and have an urgent query, you can call in or even text your question. This allows you to maintain your privacy. Answers will be sent back to you in confidence to your mobile phone or E-mail address.

- All your personal information and medical records are kept safe in a secure, HIPAA compliant record system which ensures our services are personalised to your specific medical needs.
