How to use the service

• In order to apply for the service, you will need a complete original diagnosis from your doctor, including medical images if they have been required. Our medical team can assist in obtaining the first opinion.
• You can apply on line by simply completing the attached form - click. Alternatively, you can call the MedClick team for further clarification on how to submit your first opinion.
• The MedClick UK/international doctors will review your first opinion prior to sending it to the nominated consultant via the MedClick designated secured system.
• Depending on the case or the patient's preference, the file will be submitted to the most relevant hospital - to learn more about the list of hospitals, click here.
• Depending on the complexity of the case the MedClick team in the UK will receive your second medical consultation between a period of a few days, to up to a few weeks. This will be forwarded to you via your chosen method of communication.

• The Second Opinion Service is meant for your personal use only in the furtherance of your physical health. This service will not be provided when any type or form of legal action is being pursued or contemplated by the subscriber.
